Izzy and I spent our day in NYC with meetings scheduled every 3 hours beginning at 9:00 am. First we cabbed it from East 46th to Union Square. Afterwards we headed back uptown to Bryant Park and needed to be back downtown in the Meat Packing District for our 3:00 meeting. So at the last minute we went on Open Table to see if we could find a great lunch someplace in the area. And so we happened upon Greenwich Grill. It took us all of 10 seconds to know we were in the right place. Yes the food was great (the service- not so much) but the ceiling – now that was fabulous. Not only did the restaurant designer chose a classic tin tile, the designer paired it with stunning moldings, fillers, and cornices. Add some gorgeous art and we left satiated and inspired!
Make it a beautiful day!
