This afternoon we met our son Daniel for lunch in Escondido, California where he was finishing up work on a special project. We happened upon a chic, hip restaurant called Intertwined Bistro & Wine Bar. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our baked burrata, goat cheese and arugula flatbread and the house specialty made to order planks with our choice of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, it was the restaurant’s decor that really stood out for me. I absolutely loved how the restaurant completely transformed their ceilings from drab to fab yet still had money left over to create a warm and inviting atmosphere using comfy chairs and fun lighting fixtures.
Although I have not been able to fine the exact tiles used in my Instagram (follow us at PIPROS), Milan over at Decorative Ceiling Tiles, carries a similar tile, DCT 04 Faux Tin Ceiling Tile that would work equally well and maybe even better. Remember all tiles can be easily painted to coordinate with any decor.
